In November 2017, I became general manager of Rekord, after leading the Risk department for two years.
I coordinate strategic business management, focusing on key objectives.

I have been a project manager in the R&D department of Rekord SRL since 2004.
I work with a close-knit team of professionals to ensure high quality products appreciated by customers and collaborators.

I joined the Rekord team in 2009, helping to develop projects of international significance, tested by renowned athletes and used daily by people around the world.
As a project manager, I am a problem solver who finds creative solutions to complex challenges.
My ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining organization and attention to detail, has led to numerous successful launches.
I am proud to be part of a team that produces excellent footwear for every adventure.

In 2007, I began my career at Rekord in the Design-Development department as an engineer, a role I still hold today.
This opportunity allowed me to apply the knowledge I acquired at FTPMI of the Gheorghe Asachi Technical University in Iasi and to consolidate my professional career here, benefiting from the experience of colleagues and the company’s advanced technologies.
For me, working at Rekord represents stability, optimal working conditions, and a team I can always count on.

In 2013, I started working at Rekord SRL at the age of 23, right after completing my studies in Economic and Management Engineering at UTCN in Cluj-Napoca.
Since then, I have been assigned to the Design-Development department, where I am in charge of creating files for prototypes and production models, as well as managing the procurement of materials according to customer requirements.
In this position, I have the daily opportunity to delve into the intricacies of the footwear manufacturing process, highlighting the hard work behind each product.

I have been back working at Rekord for almost 3 years, after spending 10 years here in the past.
I am currently in the design development department, where I am dedicated to the creation and technical documentation of new models.
I enjoy this creative challenge and the satisfaction of seeing the finished product start from a simple drawing.
Our team is collaborative and supportive, working together to achieve our goals.

I have been the Quality Control Manager in Rekord since February 2022.
After one year as a statistical controller, I took over the leadership of the CTC department.
Our goal is to maintain high quality standards to meet customers’ global requirements.
We actively cooperate with other departments to constantly improve the quality of footwear.
Rekord is not just a workplace, but a community where personal involvement and growth are key.

I have worked in this company since 2005 gaining experience in various departments.
I am known for my calmness, friendliness, kindness and organization.
I am currently in charge of environmental management, administrative aspects, and implementation of standards necessary to comply with regulations.
The work is challenging but rewarding, thanks to the collaboration with the various departments and a team of trained professionals.
It is a pleasure to work here: the environment is clean, pleasant and safe, providing professional and financial stability

I started my collaboration with Rekord 30 years ago as a technician for the Italian company Playsport, and since 2020 I have been part of the Rekord team.
I can say that during this long collaboration, the company has grown and become a recognized name in the industry.
This recognition has come thanks to the quality of the products and the professionalism of the people who make up this wonderful team.

I have been part of Rekord for 26 years, and for 12 years I have been responsible for the sewing department, where I supervise a team of more than 210 people.
Thanks to their cooperation, my experience and dedication, I constantly strive to ensure the quality of our shoes while meeting the company’s high standards and delivery deadlines.
I especially appreciate the close synergy with colleagues and the gratification of seeing the tangible results of our daily efforts.

I have been responsible for the procurement and raw material management department in Rekord since 2004.
I have worked with a highly professional team in both Romania and Italy.
During these 20 years, I have contributed to the optimization of work and implementation of new methodologies, improving efficiency and quality.
Working in Rekord was the best choice and a great privilege.
I hope to continue this collaboration for a long time to come.

I joined SC REKORD SRL in 1997, freshly graduated with a Professional Qualification Certificate for “Leather Industry Technician.”
In 2004, I was appointed Head of the Cutting Department, where I prepare raw materials, coordinate work on machines and organize the tailoring department.
Thanks to constant innovation and modernization of processes, the company has become an industry leader.

In 1998, at the age of 22, I was hired at Rekord as a sole fastener.
Despite little experience, my education at Vocational School and High School of Light Industry – Footwear Profile prepared me for this challenge.
With a stimulating work environment and the opportunity to grow, I became an assembly line foreman in 2000.
For 22 years, I honed my professional and communication skills, gaining recognition and the drive to grow further.
