Carding

Our automatic carding machine uses Teseo’s files to prepare uppers before hemming, ensuring that all parts intended to be covered by the rubber rands are perfectly prepared.

This technology ensures extremely precise scoring and positioning of the rand, as well as perfect glue application.

The carding process removes the shiny surface film of the leather, exposing the rougher, gruppier part underneath, which is ideal for greater adhesion of the rubber rands.

Not only does this machine increase the speed and cleanliness of the process by eliminating the dust generated by manual carding, but it also allows personnel to be reallocated to more strategic and less repetitive tasks, improving production efficiency and enhancing people value.
