We have five innovative machines capable of injecting polypropylene, TR and TPU. These specialized devices enable the realization of sublimated overinjections, which are crucial for the creation of high-precision components. A key aspect of this process is the use of externally designed and manufactured aluminum molds. Once ready, these molds allow TPU to be injected onto a variety of materials with absolute precision.

Our machines are not limited to TPU: we can also process polypropylene and advanced materials such as fiberglass or carbon, producing mounting insoles and other accessories, such as outer toe caps or heels, following model specifications. The versatility of our machines, part of the Main Group line and named Ros 200, is essential to maintain excellence and innovation in our production processes.
