At the heart of Rekord’s production, each stage of the technical shoe manufacturing process is carried out with meticulous precision and attention to detail, using state-of-the-art machinery and customizing each product with handcrafted care, ensuring products that meet the expectations of the most demanding customers.
Processing steps include assembly, laser cutting, automatic cutting, rubber rands application, upper injections, screen printing, and embroidery.
In addition to processing steps, crucial are technologies such as GORE-TEX® and Vibram®, which have always been synonymous with excellence and high-level performance.
Lasting

Laser machinery for engraving, micro-drilling and cutting
Advanced laser technologies make it possible to customize materials such as leather and rubber, ensuring precise engravings, custom micro-perforations and specific cuts according to customer requirements.
Automatic cutting
Six state-of-the-art Teseo machines offer precise cutting and advanced automation.
This technology guarantees customers high precision machining with less material waste.
Automatic carding
Our automatic carding machine ensures precision in the preparation of uppers and optimization of hemming.
Injections on upper
Five advanced Ros 200 polypropylene, TR and TPU injection machines ensure precise and innovative production of technical footwear components, through custom aluminium molds.
Stitching and embroidery
Fifteen advanced automated sewing machines ensure uniform, high-quality seams, loaded directly from the pattern shop to ensure precision in every detail.

In our advanced testing laboratory, Rekord implements a series of rigorous procedures to ensure the highest quality and durability of footwear.
From waterproofing tests to bonding and abrasion resistance, each test is designed to ensure that each product meets and exceeds customer expectations for performance and reliability.
Packing and preparation for shipment
Thefinal packing and package preparation of the various shipments are carried out with the same care and precision as the production steps.
